Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen team and lead food production. This hands-on role will focus on maintaining food quality, training staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Administrative responsibilities will be minimal, with an emphasis on team leadership and food excellence.
Barista/Cashier
Our Barista’s showcase our locally inspired food and beverages to Guests from around the world. From hand crafting speciality coffees and merchandising freshly baked pastries to personally connecting with Guests from all walks of life we create lasting memories, all while overlooking the idyllic Howe Sound.
Overnight Gondola Operations
The protection and safety of our gondola operation is of utmost importance to us. Our Overnight Gondola Operations personnel are responsible for the ensuring the facilities are secure overnight & are ready to welcome our Guests each morning.
